Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Jungle Safari Tourism, we value our customers and strive to provide a fair and transparent cancellation & refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully:
Cancellation & Refund Guidelines

| Cancellation made 10 days or more before the scheduled date | 75% Refund |
| Cancellation made 5 to 9 days before the scheduled date | 50% Refund |
| Cancellation made 2 to 4 days before the scheduled date | 25% Refund |
| Cancellation made less than 2 days before the scheduled date | No Refund |
Important Notes:
All cancellation requests must be sent to us in writing via email or through our official communication channels.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Any processing fees charged by payment gateways, banks, or third-party platforms may be deducted from the refund amount.
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, government restrictions, or events beyond our control, the refund policy may be revised at our discretion.
No refunds will be provided for “no-shows” or if the customer fails to utilize the booking.
